Yes, that is the request we hear most often. We will ask who the gift is for and what the occasion is, then suggest 2–3 options: a name with a date, a short phrase, or initials as a monogram. You will see it on a layout before we engrave.
What if the inscription turns out the wrong size for the item? −
That is exactly why we align with a pilot beam: you see the precise position and size of the marking on the item itself, before the engraving starts.
Can I have it by tomorrow? −
Usually yes — a simple inscription takes 15–20 minutes while you wait, with no rush surcharge. Message us on Telegram and we will tell you whether the engraver is free.
Can I bring my own item, not bought from you? −
Of course — most orders work that way. Send us a photo and we will tell you whether the material is suitable and how the marking will sit.
Will you wrap it as a gift? −
Yes, we hand the item over cleaned and wrapped. If you need special packaging, tell us in advance.
What if they don’t like the gift and want the engraving removed? −
It cannot be removed — the beam changes the structure of the material, and that is irreversible. So it is better to choose neutral wording: a name, a date, a short phrase, rather than a joke that will date.
