Serial numbers, QR and DataMatrix codes, technical nameplates, instrument panels. The mark cannot be wiped off with solvent and cannot peel away — the beam alters the structure of the metal, so the identification lasts as long as the item itself.

We do not apply or restore the factory serial numbers of luxury brands on copies of their products. We do not work with PVC or vinyl — heating releases chlorine.
With black annealing no metal is removed: the beam changes the colour of the surface without breaking the oxide film or altering the geometry of the part. This is how we mark stainless steel, titanium, tooling and medical devices. If your specification calls for relief, that is deep engraving — we tell you in advance what depth we will go to.
We check that the DataMatrix or QR code reads with a scanner on the control sample — before the batch goes into production. If the code will not scan at your site, we change its size and the marking method until it does. Sequential numbering is taken straight from your spreadsheet; nobody keys the numbers in by hand.
It is neither paint nor a sticker, and solvent will not take it off. If the part is painted afterwards or works under abrasion, we use deep engraving — a relief a few tenths of a millimetre deep stays legible after the surface wears and under a coat of paint. We choose the marking method to suit the material and the operating conditions.
Our working lenses are 110, 200 and 300 mm, and large panels are engraved in stitched sections — size alone is no obstacle. If the item cannot be moved, we come to the site and work there. Send photos and dimensions and we will tell you which option is cheaper.
We mark engineering plastics and ceramics just as we do metals: stainless steel, titanium, aluminium and anodised aluminium, brass, bronze, painted and chromed metal. What we do not take is PVC or any vinyl-containing material — heating it releases chlorine, which is harmful both to people and to the machine’s optics. Tell us the grade of plastic and we will answer straight away.
Yes — for a long-term arrangement we fix the price for the period rather than recalculating every batch. The paperwork is standard: contract, invoice, electronic VAT invoices, acceptance certificates, including treasury and departmental contracts, and we take part in tenders. A batch carries a 50% prepayment, and the lead time per batch is from one working day.
