From the quotation request to sorting into boxes

- 04 A control sample — we show it and have it approved before the run

Frequently asked questions
If we order in November, will we make it in time for New Year? −
Usually yes, but December is our busiest month, so New Year runs are best booked into the queue early. The lead time depends on the quantity and the item — we state it precisely in the quotation, and we send the costing the same day. Give us the handover date in your enquiry: we count from that date, not from the order date.
We’re taking 30 units — is there any discount at all? −
Yes. From 10 units — 10–15% off, from 50 — 20–25% off, from 100 — 30% off. From 500 units we work under a separate contract. The discount is calculated from the base price of the work on your item.
We have 80 thousand per person — will that buy anything decent? −
Yes: from 80 000 UZS per unit we select an item to fit the budget — travel mugs, notebooks, knives, power banks, gift sets. If you have already bought the blanks, we engrave on those, which works out cheaper. Tell us the per-person budget and the occasion and we will put options in the quotation.
Our accounts department needs electronic invoices and certificates — is that all right? −
Yes: contract, invoice, electronic VAT invoices, acceptance certificates. We work under treasury and departmental contracts and take part in tenders. A batch carries a 50% prepayment.
What if the whole batch arrives with the logo engraved crookedly? −
That is why, before a run of 10 or more, we make a control sample and approve it with you — you see the finished item, not a picture on a screen. The batch then runs from a single file and a single jig, with quality control and a contrast check along the way. If the fault is ours, we re-engrave or replace the item at our own expense.
We only have the logo as an image from our website — will that do? −
It will do, but a vector is better: .ai, .cdr, .svg, .eps or a .pdf with outlined curves. If you only have a raster file, we will vectorise it ourselves — that is included in the price and costs nothing extra. We will sign an NDA covering the artwork on request.
